Revenue Participation Rights: Scalable Peer Integration Network for the Growing Psychedelic Industry

locationMinneapolis, Minnesota, United States

Early-stage membership community business serving the growing psychedelic industry. We address the integration gap — the absence of sustained, structured peer support between transformative psychedelic experiences and lasting behavioral change. Our model organizes members into small, facilitated accountability groups (max 8) that meet consistently over time, supported by trained Integration Leads. Healing retreats, led by licensed external facilitator partners, serve as our member acquisition pipeline, seeding new groups and generating standalone revenue. We are raising up to $500k through Revenue Participation Rights — no exit required, optional conversion at 3x repayment. Seeking values-aligned partners ready to invest in community as long-term infrastructure.

Origin & Purpose:People are already using psychedelics for mental health support. The clinical research is compelling, state-level legalization is accelerating, and the cultural moment is here. But the standard of care after a healing journey is anemic and often insufficient. So people get peak experiences and are left to their own devices. They come home to laundry, email, and the same family dynamics. The feeling fades. The same fights, the same loneliness, the same stress push them back to old patterns. They have memories of love and light, but the feeling itself is gone. The missing piece isn't clinical. It's communal. Sustained, consistent, peer-supported integration — the kind that holds change in place long enough to become identity. That's what we build.
Our Culture & People:This business was built by two people who were already doing this work before there was a business around it. Our founder brings a decade of entrepreneurship in strategic communications and leadership development, and a personal history with psychedelic healing that made the integration gap impossible to ignore. She has spent her career building things that center people — B Corp founder, impact investing fellow, strategic partnerships in women's economic equity. Our Lead Integrator holds a background in psychology research focused on integration and brings deep experience in community facilitation. She contributes her time as an in-kind investor because she believes in what this is. We lead from a matriarchal model: connection over competition, collaboration over extraction, abundance and regeneration as the measures of success. We are not pitching a concept. We are describing something that exists, that people have shown up for, and that we are ready to scale thoughtfully.
Our Hope & Vision:We believe more people are capable of self-actualization than our systems have ever given them credit for. Not because they need the right credentials, the right structure, or even the right therapist — but because they find the right support. Connection is the mechanism. Belonging is the intervention. We want to prove that sustained, peer-supported integration changes lives — and that it works for anyone willing to do the work, whether or not they ever take the medicine. The healing is in the herd. We are building toward a future where this kind of support is accessible to anyone, owned by the people who show up for it, and structured to outlast its founders. Not a company that scales. A community of regeneration.
What We Seek in a Steward:We are seeking energetic partners, not just capital partners. People who are genuinely excited about what this is building — a new model for human connection and collective healing — and who share a vision for a more inclusive, abundant, and collaborative economic future. The right partner understands that connection is infrastructure, that revenue-based returns are preferable to exit events, and that a long time horizon is a feature, not a compromise. They are comfortable with an unconventional term sheet because they understand why conventional structures don't serve this kind of work. They want to advise, not direct. They trust the founder to lead. They bring relationships, perspective, and presence — not just a check. Values alignment is non-negotiable: regenerative economics, equity and inclusion, and abundance as an operating principle, not an aspiration. Our offering is unconventional, but designed serve Founder, Company, and Investors equitably: profit participation rights with discretionary distributions, no equity transferred, and optional conversion at 3x repayment. Minimum investment is $10k. No exit required or desired, because we are building this organization for maximum sustainability and impact. If you are looking for ownership or control, this is not the right fit. If you are looking for meaningful returns from a business built around regeneration and abundance, let's talk.
Non-Negotiables when Selecting a Buyer:We will not accept capital that comes with expectations of control, decision-making authority, or board representation. Distributions are discretionary and the long-term health of the business will never be subordinated to investor repayment. We also reserve the right to decline investment from partners whose values, business practices, or other investments are misaligned with our commitments to regeneration, equity, and abundance. Signing the term sheet is necessary but not sufficient. This is a relationship, not a transaction.
